gorgeous grounds helpful staff poor service burnt pancakes
The grounds are gorgeous! I found the staff to be unfailingly helpful. Nothing seemed too difficult. The food was AMAZING!!!
The service at breakfast was not good. I had to send my pancakes back. They were incinerated. I did not order a substitute because I had waited so long.

helpful staff open fire top class service
my first impression was great. the staff assisted with our bags. a welcome drink was enjoyed in front of the open fire. the dinner at the terrace bar included top class service and brilliantly created plates.

our room was warm though comfortable with a quiet atmosphere. it was very clean with quality bedding. amenities included a modern television and high-speed internet access, though some channels could benefit from updates.

walking trails local ingredients helpful staff
The grounds had walking trails that i explored. the breakfast included locally sourced ingredients. the room included bathrobes and slippers. I felt very relaxed. the staff was helpful in directing me to the falconry experience. It was a nice surprise.
the gym equipment looked a little dated.

The Colsterdale Suite provided a beautiful, spacious environment. It was also light and airy. Thoughtful additions like fresh flowers enhanced the room. Breakfast featured a vast array of fresh, local foods.
